Newsletters
On the Website, you may voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or blog, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. We believe that the Website and the App operate in compliance with COPPA and FERPA. Neither the Website nor the App knowingly collects any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16 except for very basic information which may be provided for the limited purpose of setting up and running a school or group fundraiser. The Website and App only use the limited personal information provided through the Dashboard and/or a personal selling page for the benefit of the participant and school/ group sponsoring the fundraising event. We do not use any participant or parent information for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, unless such information is otherwise obtained elsewhere on the Website (such as voluntarily signing up for a newsletter or purchasing a product). We delete all fundraising information created on behalf of an organization in the Dashboard and/or App within a reasonable time after completion of each Funpastafundraising.com fundraiser.
If a parent or guardian at any time believes that the Website has personally identifiable information of a child under the age of 16 in its database without permission, please contact us immediately at carey@pastashoppe.com and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
